What stands out – both good and bad
The garden and pool area were nice and peaceful! Also, staff were welcoming, which elevated the overall experience.
Street noise can be disruptive. our room had issues with the TV, and the porter was unavailable.

I wanted to sing Wazo’s praises, truly, but the street noise was unbearable, alongside a TV that didn’t even work. Not to mention, I was left waiting ages for a so-called "welcome gift" I never received. It’s just unfathomable to me how this place claims four stars. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The cleaning staff stood out for their politeness.
I experienced a lot of challenges during my stay. The room was cleaned very late in the day, and fresh towels were delivered late in the evening, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also encountered a cockroach in the dining area, which was very off-putting.

I had a blast with the animation team at the pool the whole day we were there. Achmed and Salim turned a simple water gym into a showdown of laughter and ridiculous dance moves.
Rates were a bit pricey but I guess for the overall experience it was okay.

Relaxing stay with great pool area
I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious family room which came with two bathrooms, perfect for my group. The pool area was a highlight, providing a nice spot to unwind. However, the reception service could definitely improve, as I had to ask multiple times for basic items like towels, which were not provided consistently.
